• Transit Time: 4–6 days (Monday to Friday).

• Shipping Costs: Delivery is free within the United Kingdom.

Shipping and Delivery
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. Processing generally takes 1–2 days (Monday to Friday). Once your order has been dispatched, a dispatch confirmation will be sent containing tracking details, allowing you to monitor your parcel’s progress.

Transit is within 4–6 days (Monday to Friday) from the dispatch date. The total estimated delivery time is therefore 5–8 business days from the date of order placement.

Delays
Delivery times may be affected by factors outside our control, including courier delays, customs clearance procedures, or peak seasonal demand. If your delivery is delayed, please allow an additional 3 business days. Should your parcel not arrive within this extended timeframe, please contact us at support@elric-studio.com for assistance.

Order Cancellations
You have the right to cancel your order before it has been dispatched. To do so, please contact us promptly at support@elric-studio.com. Once a parcel has been dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible; however, you may still exercise your statutory right of withdrawal under applicable consumer law.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at support@elric-studio.com. Include photographs of the item and packaging to help us assess the issue. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or send the correct item at no additional charge.
